摘 要:研究了不同程度含青烟叶在自然陈化期间,烟叶还原糖、烟碱和总氮含量及糖碱比值变化,结果表明,随着陈化时间增加,还原糖、烟碱和总氮含量降低,糖碱比值有所增加。烟叶含青程度不同,其化学成分的变化过程有所不同,不含青的烟叶在陈化期间化学成分的变化较缓和,16~20个月时达到较稳定时期;微带青烟叶在陈化前期化学成分的变化较剧烈,达到稳定期的时间较不含青的烟叶迟;青黄烟叶在陈化前期化学成分的变化剧烈,陈化期间化学成分的变化没有明显的稳定期。The changes of reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen content and the ratio of reducing sugar to nicotine in flue - cured tobacco leaves with different degree of green during the natural aging were studied. The results showed that the contents of re- ducing sugar, nicotine and total nitrogen decreased with the increase in aging time, but the ratio of reducing sugar to nicotine in- creased. The changes of chemical component content in tobacco leaves with different degree of green were different. The changes of chemical component content in tobacco leaves without green were mitigable, and the stable period appeared in 16 ~20 months. The changes of chemical component content in tobacco leaves with slight green were acute in the earlier aging period, and the stable period was later. The changes of chemical component content in green -yellow tobacco leaves were stronger in the earlier aging period, and there was not obviously stable period during aging.
