农户农地流转意愿影响因素实证分析——以重庆市北碚区静观镇为例

摘　　要：从农户微观角度着手,选取重庆市北碚区静观镇为研究区域,通过走访调查基层农户了解研究区农户农地流转意愿,并运用Logistic回归模型实证分析其影响因素。结果表明:农户农地转出与转入意愿的影响因素存在较明显差异,农地重要性、户主年龄、户主文化程度以及家庭农业收入对转出意愿影响较显著;而家庭农业收入、非农收入与家庭劳动力数量对转入意愿影响较显著。From farmers＇ microcosmic angle, this article selected Jingguan town of Beibei district in Chongqing as the studied ar- ea, got the farmers＇ farmland circulation will data through investigation, and empirically analyzed its influencing factors by using Lo- gistic model. The results showed that the factors affecting the circulation - out and circulation - into of the farmland were significantly different. The importance of the farmland, the age of householder, the educated degree of householder, and family farming income had more significant influences on the circulation - out of the farmland ; while the family farming income, family non - farming income and the number of household labor had more obvious influences on the circulation - into of the farmland.
