摘 要:近年来,内蒙古自治区风电的大规模接入给电网电能计量带来一定的影响,各风电场均出现线路两端无功电能计量不一致的问题,影响交易双方结算。通过试验研究发现,由于风电场大部分时间处于低负荷运行状态,线路输送功率远远小于线路的自然功率,线路的感性无功功率远小于容性无功功率,线路基本不消耗无功功率,而是输出容性无功功率,因此导致风电场两端无功电量值相差较大。提出了风电场安装无功补偿装置时容量的配置原则。在无功补偿容量配置合理的情况下,只要交易双方划清损耗的归属,便可以实现准确的结算。In recent years, the wind power of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Js large-scale access to power measurement to bring certain influence, the wind farms have two ends of a line of reactive energy measurement inconsistency problem, affecting both parties to the transaction settlement. Proposed wind farm installation of reactive power compensation device capacity allocation principle. In the reactive power compensation capacity configuration reasonable under the circumstances, as long as both parties to draw the loss of home, then can realize the accurate billing.
