提高内蒙古城市电网供电可靠性的措施探讨

摘　　要：结合内蒙古城市配电网络的构架、运行情况和可靠性技术管理的具体现状,分析了近几年可靠性指标的完成情况,为进一步提高内蒙古城市电网供电可靠率、缩短用户平均停电时间,提高电网的安全基础、服务水平及管理水平,提出了加大供电可靠性管理及考核力度,深入开展供电可靠性指标的分析,加强停电管理制度,完善事故处理、事故抢修等制度的管理措施以及加强主网和配网结构改造,提高设备可用率,依靠科技进步,提高线路绝缘水平的技术措施。Combined with the framework, operation and management of the reliability technology of urban distribution networks in Inner Mongolia, the paper analyzes the performance of the reliability index in recent years, in order to improve the reliability of power supply of urban power networks in Inner Mongolia, shorten the time of power failure for each user, raise economic benefits, enhance the safety of power networks, and improve the standards of service and management. Meanwhile, it puts forward some measures in improving management about reliability and its indexes of the power supply, power failure, and accident handling. Finally put forward some technical measures in strengthening the reconstruction of major networks and distribution networks, improving equipment availability based on scientific and technological progress, and strengthening line insulation.
