火电厂化学静态诊断中发现的问题及原因分析

摘　　要：内蒙古某电厂1号机组在第二次大修期间对高压缸、中压缸、汽包、省煤器、凝汽器等设备进行了化学静态诊断,并对抗燃油油质进行取样化验。结果表明,各设备都存在不同程度的腐蚀和结垢现象,抗燃油油质严重劣化。分析了造成以上问题的原因,提出加强凝结水精处理系统的运行管理、加强机组停备用保护及对机组进行热化学试验等建议,对同类型机组的化学静态诊断有一定的借鉴意义。In Inner Mongolia power plant unit 1, the high and intermediate pressure cylinder, drum, economizer, condenser and other equipment were checked for the chemieal statie diagnosis during the seeond overhaul period, and the quality of fire resistant oil also was tested. The results showed that varying degrees of corrosion and scaling of the equipment, and severe deterioration of fireresistant oil existed. Analyze the reasons for the above problems, put forward to strengthen the operation management of condensate fine treatment system, strengthen shut-down protection of the unit and thermochemieal test.
