摘  要:观察芒果苷对自发性高血压模型大鼠心、脑、肾等组织形态学特别是炎症损伤的影响,以自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)为研究对象,随机分为模型组、芒果苷高剂量组、芒果苷中剂量组、芒果苷低剂量组和苯那普利组,再以同龄的WKY大鼠作为正常对照。利用光镜、透射电镜观察各组大鼠的心、脑、肾等组织的形态结构。光镜结果显示:脑组织形态学未见明显改变,芒果苷高、中、低剂量组可以改善心肌炎细胞浸润及肾小球萎缩,坏死等。电镜结果显示:芒果苷可以抑制心肌细胞凋亡,改善肌原纤维排列,消除线粒体肿胀,降低系膜细胞及基底膜厚度。说明芒果苷对自发性高血压大鼠心、肾组织形态学具有改善作用,包括对炎症损伤的保护。To observe the effect of mangiferin on the spontaneously hypertensive rats models' heart, brain, kidney tissue morphology, particularly the inflammatory damage spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) were ran- domly divided into model group, the mangiferin high dose group, the mangiferin middle dose group, the mangiferin low dose group, and benzene enalapril group, and the same age WK~ rats served as normal controls the morphology of each rat' s heart, brain and kidney is used light microscopy, transmission electron microscopy to observe. Light microscopy results show that mangiferin high, middle and low dose and glomerular atrophy, necrosis; electron microscopy results show group can improve myocarditis cell infiltration that mangiferin can inhibite cardiomyocyte ap- optosis, improve the muscle fibers, and reduce mesangial cells and basement membrane thickness. It is conclused that mangiferin can protect spontaneously hypertensive rats' heart, kidney tissue morphology, including the protec- tion of the inflammatory injury.
