摘 要:针对当下在公共社会领域中突发事件应急预案结构复杂、难以为决策者进行信息筛选、整合的热点问题,设计了一种基于框架理论的应急预案智能匹配方案。该方案以框架方式来存储应急预案,以词频、词性以及词在预案中的位置为权重来提取关键词,利用最小均方误差线性估计来获得关键字权重因子。并采用矢量空间模型来实现预案间的智能匹配。实验结果表明该应急预案智能匹配方案具有较好的应用前景。The complication of emergency plan makes them hard to be managed and makes decision maker hard to decide and integrate information. Nowadays, Intelligent Match of Emergency Plan has become a heat issue in public security field. An intelligent match scheme of emergency plan based on frame theory was introduced. The proposed intelligent match scheme stores emergency plans by means of frame, extracts keywords by word frequency, speech tagging and position in the plan, uses the minimum mean square error linear estimate to obtain weighting factors of keywords, and realizes intelligent match between plans through vector space model. The experimental re- suits show that the proposed intelligent matching scheme has a better prospect.
