摘　　要：通过正交试验及回归分析法 ,研究了浇注温度、试块模数、金属填料与铬铁粉比例等工艺因素对铸渗合金层的影响。建立了各工艺因素对铸渗合金层影响的数学模型。并且对数学模型进行了验证性试验。With the help of orthogonal experiment and regression analysis,the influence of pouring temperature,module of specimen,metallic stuffs/ferrochromiumpowder ratio and some other process factors on cast-penetrated alloy layer was investigated.The mathematical models of influences of various process factors on cast-penetrated alloy layer were created.To verify the models,some experiments was carried out.
