摘 要:系统地研究了Ni基合金自动送粉激光熔覆工艺参数对熔覆层几何形貌的影响。重点讨论了一些参数如激光作用能量密度 (Pw)、作用时间 (t)、送粉速率 (Vf)、扫描速度 (Vs)等对熔覆层宏观质量的影响规律。利用金相法检测了熔覆层的几何参数。为解释工艺参数对熔覆层宏观质量的影响提出了送粉激光熔覆覆盖率的概念 ,并利用检测的熔覆层宏观参数计算了覆盖率。覆盖率随扫描速度增加而减小 ,随送粉速率的增加而增大。在本试验条件下 ,研究结果表明 ,随激光作用能量密度和作用时间的增加 ,熔覆层的横截面面积呈线形规律增加 ,熔覆层宽化量增加 ,接触角增大 ,而且这种现象随送粉速率的增加更加显著。The influences of laser processing parameters with auto feeding on the geometrical features of cladded coating by cladding Ni60A powders on steel Q235 plate have been investigated.The rules of the combined parameters (such as laser energy density P w , interaction time T , powder feeding rate and scanning speed V s) on the sizes of the coatings have been amphatically discussed.In order to express the relationship between the processing parameters and the macroquality of cladded coating ,the equation expressing the relationship between the covering rate and the processing parameters was derived . By varying the powder feeding rate and scanning speed under definite laser power and beam spot dimensions, coatings with different thickness were obtained .The covering rate was calculated approximately based on metallographical measurement. The results show that the cross sectionS, width variable and contact angle are mainly controlled by the laser energy density and interaction time, they all become larger with the increase of laser energy density and interaction time.
