摘　　要：目的调查和分析疗养飞行人员疾病谱现状。方法对2009年入院疗养的1 845名飞行人员的健康状况进行调查,并对不同年龄段、不同飞行时间和驾驶不同机种飞行人员的疾病发病率进行比较分析。结果 1 845名疗养飞行人员疾病检出率为82.01%,疾病谱排前5位的疾病分别是急性咽炎、脂肪肝、胆囊息肉、慢性胃炎和屈光不正。以年龄30～40岁或飞行时间>1 600 h的飞行人员患病率最高。结论针对疗养飞行人员疾病谱现况,现有工作思路亟需调整,以满足疗养飞行人员的护理需求。Objective To investigate and analyze the health status of air force pilots in a sanatorium. Methods Totally 1 845 air force pilots in the sanatorium during 2009 were enrolled, and the disease incidences of different groups with different ages, flight time and aircraft types were compared. Results The detection rate of diseases among the 1 845 air force pilots was 82.01%. The top five common diseases were acute pharyngitis, fatty liver, polyploidy lesions of gall- bladder, chronic gastritis and refractive error. Furthermore, those pilots who were 30 - 40 years old or with more than 1 600 hours of flying time had the highest incidence of disease. Conclusion According to the status of disease spectrum of air force pilots, the current work plans should be adjusted to meet the needs of health care for air force pilots at sanatorium.
