摘　　要：目的分析外出体检采集血液标本不合格的原因,降低血液标本不合格率。方法对外出体检的181 247人次中所采集不合格血液标本的表现和原因进行回顾性分析。结果不合格血液标本105份,表现为血量不足、凝血、溶血和标识不清。原因以采集和运送欠规范为主。结论应加强护理人员检验知识的培训,规范采集和运送环节,提高血液标本的采集和送检质量。Objective To analyze the causes of the unqualified blood specimens in physical examination outside hospitals, so as to reduce the unqualified rate of blood specimens. Methods The unqualified blood specimens among 181 247 blood specimens collected in physical examination outside hospitals were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 105 blood specimens were unqualified,which manifested as an insufficient blood volume,blood coagulation,hemoly- sis and unclear identification. The main reasons were non - standard collection and transport. Conclusion The training of the test knowledge of nurses should be strengthened,the links of the collection and transportation should be standardized, and the quality of the blood specimen collection and submission should be improved.
