摘　　要：目的探讨对社区高龄独居老人进行意外伤害健康教育的做法和实施效果。方法采用播放多媒体宣传片和发放手册的方式对社区高龄独居老人实施一对一意外伤害健康教育。结果高龄独居老人健康状况偏差,干预后1个月高龄独居老人意外伤害的知信行总体水平提高。结论多媒体播放的健康教育方式可以有效提高社区高龄独居老人的意外伤害知信行水平。Objective To explore the methods and effects of health education about accidental injuries among the old elderly indwelling in the community alone. Methods One - by - one health education about accidental injuries was implemented for the old elderly indwelling in the community alone. The involved materials included multimedia videos and manuals. Results The health status of the old elderly indwelling in the community alone was poor, and the knowlectge - attitude - practice （KAP） about accidental injuries was improved after 1 - month intervention. Conclusion Health education with videos and manuals can et： fectively improve the KAP level of the old elderly living alone in the community.
