摘　　要：随着云服务应用深入,其所面临的挑战也越来越突出,对于云服务质量的思考成为其突出问题和研究热点。文章通过对云服务研究现状的考察,从服务性能、服务安全性、服务可用性、服务管理以及法律风险等方面详细分析了云服务质量面临的挑战,并提出了应对这些挑战的有效措施,重点介绍了SLA,分析了其在应对云服务质量挑战中的措施和突出作用。The challenges that the cloud service faces are getting more and more prominent.Thinking about the quality of cloud services has become the prominent issues and research focus.Though analyzing the current situations of cloud services,the paper discusses these challenges in detail from service performance,service security,service availability,service management and legal risks.And the author proposes some effective measures to response these challenges.Especially,the paper emphasizes SLA and analyzes its measures and prominent roles in response to these challenges.
