摘 要:目的探讨六味通心颗粒对腹主动脉狭窄诱导心衰模型大鼠心肌重塑的作用及治疗心力衰竭的作用机制。方法选用Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠80只,随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、阳性对照组、六味通心颗粒低剂量组、六味通心颗粒中剂量组、六味通心颗粒高剂量组;除空白组外,其余各组采用腹主动脉狭窄法诱导复制心衰大鼠模型,造模后4w开始给药,连续给药8w,测定各组大鼠治疗后血清B-型尿钠肽(BNP)、C反应蛋白、白介素6(IL-6)水平和心脏系数。结果空白组与假手术组相比心脏系数差异无统计学意义,空白组与模型组相比差异有统计学意义;模型组与六味通心颗粒中、低剂量组相比无差异,与六味通心颗粒高剂量组相比有差异,与阳性对照组相比有差异。心衰模型大鼠血清BNP及IL-6水平明显高于阳性对照组。干预药物能够降低心衰模型大鼠血清BNP、CRP及IL-6水平,与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论六味通心颗粒可加强心肌收缩力,改善心脏功能,能够减轻腹主动脉狭窄诱导心衰模型大鼠心肌肥厚作用。Objective To investigate the Liu wei tong xin particles abdominal aortic stenosis cardiac remod- eling in rats induced heart failure model, to explore the efficacy of anti-heart failure Liuwei tong xin parti- cles and possible mechanism of action. Methods Eighty of Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into blank group, sham group, model group, positive control group, the Liuwei tong xin particles low dose, middle dose and highdose groups; addition to the blank group, the rest of the groups with ab- dominal aortic stenosis induced replication rat model of heart failure, after modeling the 4 w began adminis- tration, continuous administration 8 w determination of each group of rats were treated with serum B-type urinenatriuretic peptide (BNP), C reactive protein, interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels and heart coefficient. Re- sults Compared with the sham group, the heart index was nosignificant difference in blank graup. Therewas significant difference between black group and model group. In model group and Liuwei tong xin parti- cles groups, the low-dose group had no difference compared with the high dose group there were differ ences compared with the positive control group. Heart failure the model rat serum BNP and IL-6 levels were significantly higher than that of the positive control group. Drug intervention can reduce heart failure model serum BNP, CRP and IL-6 levels, compared with model group difference was statistically signifi cant. Conclusion Liu wei tong xin particles can enhance myocardial contractility, improved heart func tion, can reduce abdominal aortic stenosis-induced cardiac hypertrophy in rats with heart failure.
