摘 要:对RE-USY分子筛分别进行柠檬酸改性、柠檬酸及磷(P)混合改性,利用NH3-TPD,FI-IR,XRD等分析仪器,表征了分子筛的酸性、结构参数及元素含量,并对其水热稳定性和微反活性进行了考察。结果表明,柠檬酸改性RE-USY分子筛,主要脱除的是非骨架Al,且柠檬酸优先作用于RE-USY分子筛晶格中的强酸中心;柠檬酸改性后再经P改性,RE-USY分子筛中B酸和L酸量及强度均增加,但随着分子筛中P质量分数的增大,其增幅降低;RE-USY、柠檬酸改性、柠檬酸改性后再经P改性3种RE-USY分子筛的水热稳定性依次增强,微反活性亦相应增大。The RE -USY zeolite were modified with citric acid and citric -phosphorus respectively. The techniques, such as NH3 - TPD, FT - IR, XRD, were used to characterize the acid properties, struc- tural parameters and element content of RE - USY. Furthermore,the hydrothermal stability and microac- tivity were investigated. The results showed that cit- ric acid mainly removed the non- framework alumi- num and preferentially reacted with strong acid site in RE - USY lattice. The amount and intensity of acid in citric acid -phosphorus modified RE -USY both increased, while with increasing the mass frac- tion of phosphorus in RE -USY, the increase ampli- tude decreased. The hydrothermal stability increased in the order of RE - USY,citric acid modified RE - USY,citric acid - phosphorus modified RE - USY, and their microactivity was improved in the same or- der.
