摘  要:利用红外/紫外光谱仪建立了1套测定丁苯橡胶(SBR)中结构单元含量的分析方法,即采用红外光谱仪测定顺-1,4-丁二烯(Bd),反-1,4-Bd和1,2-Bd的吸光度,采用紫外分光光度计测定苯乙烯(St)的吸光度,通过绘制相应结构单元的浓度-吸光度标准曲线,并根据朗白-比尔定律,推导出各结构单元含量的定量计算公式。基于所建立的方法,测定了SSBR-T 2000 R和ESBR-1502样品的链结构含量。结果表明,SSBR-T 2000 R的顺-1,4-Bd结构单元含量比ESBR-1502的高出23.80个百分点;反-1,4-Bd,1,2-Bd结构单元含量则比后者分别低16.29,7.51个百分点,与样品的红外谱图反映的结果相吻合。The microstructures quantitative analysis method for the of styrene - butadiene rubber (SBR) was established by using infrared spectrome- ter and ultraviolet spectrophotometer, in which the infrared spectrometer was used to determine the ab- sorbance of cis - 1,4 - butadiene (Bd),trans - 1,4 -Bd ,1,2 -Bd structure units ,and the ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to determine the absor- bance of styrene (St) , and then the concentration - absorbance standard curves of corresponding struc- ture units were drawn. On the basis of these curves and Lambert - Beer's law, the quantitative calcula- tion formula for structural unit contents were de-rived. According to the established method, the con- tents of chain structures of SSBR - T 2000 R and ESBR - 1502 samples were determined. The results showed that the cis - 1,4 - Bd unit content of SSBR -T 2000 R was 23.80 percent points higher than that of ESBR - 1502 ,and the trans - 1,4 - Bd, 1,2- Bd unit contents were 16. 29,7. 51 percent points lower than those of the latter, coinciding with the results of infrared spectroscopy.
