摘　　要：配送中心的选址对整个物流系统起到非常关键的作用,文中分析了配送中心选址的重要性、选址应遵循的原则及现有比较常用的一些选址方法,在此基础上提出采用综合建立总成本最低的数学模型和层次分析法进行配送中心的选址优化决策。the location of distribution center plays a very important role on the whole logistics system, this paper analyzes the importance of site selection of distribution center location, the principles and existing of some of the more popular location method, put forward on the basis of establishing the lowest total cost by the comprehensive mathematical model and hierarchy analysis method for the location of distribution center optimization decision.
