摘　　要：海洋经济发展使得海洋旅游资源开发逐步成为经济发展的重点和热点,各地区在开发过程中根据海洋资源特点,不断探索新的开发模式。通过认识海洋旅游和海洋旅游资源的发展,根据当下海洋旅游资源开发现状,分析开发过程中的不足和问题,进而提出海洋旅游资源开发应向可持续性开发发展,同时提出相应建议以达到合理全面的优化资源开发,并且利用各地实践进一步说明如何根据各地自身优势以完善海洋旅游资源开发以及发展海洋旅游经济。The development of the ocean economy make the explore of the marine tourism resources has gradually became the hotspot in the process of economic development. Through the understanding of the grow of marine tourism and marine tourism resources, the article analyzes the current shortcomings and problems in the process of explore and develop the marine tourism based on the present situation. And then bring up suggestions to explore and develop the marine tourism rationally and optically on the concept of sustainable development, and make use of some practices to shows how to perfect the development of the marine tourism resources and marine tourism economy on the base of characteristics in different zones.
