摘　　要：目的研究拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者远期生活质量及其影响因素。方法应用健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)对拉米夫定治疗前后生活质量进行对照分析,综合评价拉米夫定的疗效。结果拉米夫定治疗后慢性乙型肝炎患者SF-36总评分及生理机能(PF)、生理功能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、精神健康(MH)、情感职能(RE)、社会功能(SF)、精力(VT)、一般健康状况(GH)的平均分与治疗前相比明显提升,治疗2年内提升明显,2年后生活质量稳定。结论拉米夫定可提高慢性乙型肝炎患者远期生活质量。Objective To investigate the long term qualities of life and its influencing factors in chronic hep- atitis B patients with treatment of lamivudine. Methods The short-form-36 health survey （SF-36） was used to analyze the life qualities of patients before and after treatment. The efficacy of lamivudine was then comprehensively evaluat- ed. Results After treatment of lamivudine, the total score of SF-36 and the mean scores of physical functioning （PF）, role-physical（RP）,body pain （BP）, mental health （MH）, role-emotional（RE）, social functioning （SF）, vitality （VT） and general health（GH） of chronic hepatitis B patients were increased as compared with those before treatment. The in- crease was very obvious within 2 years after treatment, and the life qualities of patients became stable after 2 years. Conclusion lamivudine could improve the long-term qualities of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
