摘　　要：推进素质教育是教育改革发展的战略主题,文化素质教育是一种教育思想,更是新时期全面贯彻党的教育方针的一种伟大实践。实施文化素质教育,应当突出教学主阵地,并在日常管理和课外活动中加以体现。Promoting quality education is a strategic theme of the development of educational reform, while cultural quality education is a kind of educational thought as well as a great practice to fully implement our Party＇s educa- tional policy. The implementation of cultural quality education should highlight teaching and should also be embod- ied in the daily management and extracurricular activities as well.
