摘 要:以困扰工程界设计的混凝土箱梁温度分布问题为研究对象,以某双线特大桥为背景,进行了为期1年的现场实测。并结合气象学和传热学的相关理论对混凝土箱梁温度场进行数值仿真与效应分析,通过数值仿真与现场实测对比分析,得出混凝土箱梁温度场的分布规律与不均匀温度场对混凝土箱梁的效应;并以ANSYS为开发平台,开发出了与ANSYS风格一致的针对预应力混凝土温度场的可视化汉化模块。实例计算表明,该可视化汉化模块能很好地应用于实际,减少程序重复建模的操作分析步骤,能够提高工作效率。The temperature field of concrete box girders and their structural implications has been a difficulty for engineers.In this paper,the authors monitored the temperature field of a double-lane super large bridge for one year and performed numerical analysis to the temperature field and structural response of the bridge with relevant theories of aerography and heat transfer.Comparison between the monitored data and the numerical analysis results shows the temperature distribution principle and the effect of non-uniform temperature distribution on the structure.Using ANSYS as the platform,visible modules were developed for analyzing the thermal field of prestressed concrete box girder bridges in Chinese.The present example shows that the developed modules can effectively reduce the number of repeated operations during modelling and increase work efficiency.
