摘　　要：产业链董事会协同能力的影响因素有知识、关系、信息、权力、动力、时间、技术董事协同效应因素和产业链董事会协同预期效应等八个方面。除信息外,其他因素都对产业链董事会的协同能力产生显著影响,这说明产业链实现联动和信息共享的机制没有发挥作用或这类机制还没有形成。因此,在振兴产业链过程中,应建立良好的协同治理机制,打通产业链信息传递的内外渠道,形成信息传递、甄别、共享的制度环境。There are such eight factors as knowledge, relationship, authority, motivation, time, the synergetic effects of technical directors and the expected synergetic effects of industry chain board influencing the synergetic capacity in industry chain board. Besides the information, other factors have the remarkable influence to the industrial chain board＇s synergetic capacity, which demonstrates that the mechanisms of interaction and information sharing did not play their roles or these mechanisms have not been formed. So, in revitalizing the industry chain, we should formulate a sound synergetic governance mechanism, smooth the internal and external channels for industry chain information transfer, and cultivate an institutional environment for information transfer, screening and sharing.
