中美高校国防人才培养体系的对比研究

摘　　要：通过中美两国高校国防高素质人才培养体系的对比研究,发现两国国防人才在培养模式、培养目标、课程训练体系等方面存在差异。为了促进我国国防生教育的发展,应合理借鉴美国后备军官训练团的人才培养模式、合理的人才考核评价标准、多层次的奖学金评定制度等,以推动我国国防生培养体制的完善和发展。By the comparative study of the system of high-quality national defense professional training in SinoUS universities, it has been found out that there are differences between the two countries in the training mode and objectives, the curriculum and training system of defense professionals. In order to promote the development of the education of national defense students in China, we should reasonably learn from the training mode of the U.S. Reserve Officers＇ Training Corps, the reasonable professional appraisal standards and the system of multi-level scholarship assessment to push forward the improvement and development of the system of national defense students training in China.
