摘 要:随着我国煤层气的不断开发利用,煤层气的准确计量显得日益重要。目前,煤层气的交接计量主要参考天然气的相关标准和规范进行。由于没有依据煤层气的特点形成专门的标准规范煤层气的计量,影响了煤层气的计量准确度。因此,详细分析煤层气计量准确度影响因素,对于提高煤层气计量的准确度以及制定煤层气计量标准具有重要意义。借鉴湿天然气计量的经验,通过研究认为,影响煤层气计量准确度的因素主要包括煤层气的气质条件(如水分、煤粉杂质等)、环境因素(压力、温度、脉动流、旋转流等流态畸变的影响)以及人为因素(计量管理和计量人员的素质)等几个方面。提出了相应的对策措施:①工艺处理中增加除湿降杂的流程;②采取保温措施;③减小流变畸变的影响;④加强计量管理;⑤关注新型流量计的研制。Accurate metering of coalbed methane(CBM) is becoming more and more important along with the large scale development and utilization of CBM in China.Metering of CBM is generally performed according to the relevant standards and codes associated with natural gas at present.Without any specific standards and codes for CBM metering being formulated according to the characteristics of CBM,the accuracy of CBM metering is severely influenced.Therefore,a analysis of factors influencing the accuracy of CBM metering is of great significance to the improvement of CMB metering accuracy and to the establishment of metering standards.The main influential factors are analyzed in detail including the CBM gas quality(such as moisture,temperament of pulverized coal and other impurities),environmental factors(temperature,pressure,pulsating flow,rotating flow pattern distortion effects),human factors(metrological management and qualities of measuring staff),and so forth.The corresponding solutions are also put forward,and the trend of CBM metering technology is finally analyzed.
