图书馆学研究的实证与非实证:从对立走向互补

摘　　要：文章针对图书馆学实证研究本身存在的局限性,分析了过度推崇实证研究将导致的三个方面的弊端:事实判断与价值判断的分离;以形式合理性代替实质合理性;以科学思维排斥人文思维。作者认为图书馆学研究中的实证方法与非实证方法之间不存在孰优孰劣的问题,应从方法一元论走向方法多元论,从方法专制走向方法民主。Due to the limitations of the empirical research, this paper analyzes that promoting the empirical approach excessively would easily lead to three aspects of drawbacks. The first drawback is that factual judgments are separated from value judgments; the second is that substantive rationality is replaced by formal rationality; the third is that scientific thinking is esteemed extremely with the rejection of humanistic thinking. There is no need to discuss which is better between the empirical and the non - empirical approach. Therefore, it is necessary to shift research methods from monism to pluralism, from despotism to democracy.
