摘 要:分析了中平能化五矿热害的热源情况,利用五矿风井中低温淋水设计了降温系统,即制冷机组制取低温冷冻水,通过输冷管道向采煤工作面运输巷输送,由安装在运输巷中的空冷器对风流进行冷却,回水重新回入制冷机组进行制冷循环,制冷产生的冷凝热利用北山井筒低温淋水排放,有效解决了井下冷凝热排放困难的技术难题。为避免长采煤工作面降温"下冷上热"现象,采用低温淋水喷淋降温后,现场测试表明,喷淋未开时采煤工作面上出口降温幅度为2.8℃,喷淋开时采煤工作面上出口降温幅度为4.8℃,采煤工作面温度平均降低4℃,空气中含湿量下降6 g/kg左右,保障了热害矿井的安全生产。The paper had an analysis on the mine ground thermal sources of the thermal disaster in No. 5 Mine of China Pingmei Shenma Energy and Chemical Group. The cooling system was designed with the low temperature water spray in the mine ventilation shaft of No. 5 Mine. The refrigeration machine unit would produce the low temperature refrigerating water and the refrigerating water would be transpor- ted to the transportation gateway of the coal mining face with the cooling water pipeline. The air flow would be cooled by the air cooler in- stalled in the transportation gateway, the returned water would be back to the refrigeration unit for the refrigeration circulation, the conden- sing heat from the refrigeration would be released with the low temperature water spray in Beishan Mine Shaft and thus the technical prob- lems of the condensing heat releasing in the underground mine could be effectively solved. In order to eliminate the low cool and top hot phenomenon occurred during the cooling of the coal mining face, the low temperature water spray cooling was applied to the upper of the coal mining face. With the site measurement, the outlet cooling range of the coal mining face was 2. 8 ℃ when the water spray was not op-erated and the outlet cooling range of the coal mining face was 4. 8 ℃ when the water spray was operated. The average temperature of the coal mining face reduced by 4 ℃. The moisture content of the air reduced about 6 g/kg and the safety production of the mine with the ground thermal disaster could be ensured.
