压疮专用吸引器的研制

摘　　要：目的研制具有多种吸引模式控制程序的压疮专用吸引器,使其负压封闭引流技术(VSD)达到最佳效果。方法以ATMEGA16单片机系统为控制核心,充分运用芯片的功能及特性,使开发的压疮专用吸引器硬件结构简捷、软件程序灵活。结果该仪器可提供间歇吸引、持续吸引、梯度吸引等多种治疗模式,且模式转换方便、灵活。在异常情况或治疗结束时能发出声、光报警,从而减少了医护人员的巡查次数,降低了劳动强度。结论该仪器克服了传统吸引器持续运行时间短的弱点,使负压封闭引流技术能得以更大的推广与应用。Objective To develop special attractors for pressure ulcers which own many kinds of attract mode control procedures,could make the vaccum sealing drainage（VSD） achieve the best result.Methods By taking ATMEGA16 single chip microcomputer（SCM） as control core,adequately utilizing the function and character of chip,hardware system of special attractors for pressure ulcers developed is convenient,and the software program is flexible.Results This equipment could offer many kinds of medical model,such as intermittent attract,continued attract,gradient attract and so on,and its pattern conversion is convenient and flexible.At the end of abnormal condition or treatment,it can send out sound and light alarm,thereby,reduce search times and labour intensity of medical workers.Conclusion Compared with traditional attractor,this equipment could overcome the defect of limited continuous operation time,and promote the application of VSD.
