摘　　要：本文详细介绍了全身γ刀换源合同的签署、换源时间的确定、相关部门的许可、机器的检修、换源现场的准备、钴源的运输和临时存放、模拟换源过程等内容,并就全身γ刀换源前的质量保证和质量控制进行探讨。This paper detailedly introduces the key points of changing radioactive sources of systematic Gamma knife,including signing the contract of changing radioactive sources,determination of changing time,permission of related departments,machine maintenance,source site preparation,cobalt transport and temporary storage,simulation of source process and so on,also discusses the quality assurance and quality control before changing source.
