摘  要:在以沉淀、过滤为主要工艺段的城市地表水处理中,过滤显得更为复杂和重要;对V型滤池控制系统设备进行研究开发,对于提升过滤的控制功能和水平具有很大的理论研究和工程实践意义;文章研究了嵌入式PC104系统及PLC控制器并将其应用于城市地表水处理的V型滤池控制系统中;对水处理控制系统进行改造,完成了V型滤池的工艺控制和现场人机界面,并且实现了上下层的通讯。经测试证明,系统具有很高的可靠性和实时性,能够很好地满足水处理工艺要求。As sedimentation and filtration process are the main sections of the urban surface water treatment, filtration is even more complex and important. In order to improve its function and level of control, research and development of equipment of V-filter control sys tern is meaningful in theoretical research and engineering practice. This thesis mainly researches into embedded PC104 system and PLC con- troller, and makes the application in V-filter control system of surface water in the city. Reformed the water treatment control system, completed the V-filter process control and on- site man machine interface, and achieved interface with the lower layer PLC. Testing proves that the system is of very high reliability and real time, meet requirements of water treatment systems.
