摘　　要：针对核电设备供应商管理能力的不足,为了不断改进和提高其合同执行能力,形成"共同发展,合作双赢"的新格局,构建了核电设备供应商合同执行评价指标体系,并应用该评价指标体系建立了供应商评价方式和体系。该评价方式和体系在工作实践中,对推动核电设备供应合同的顺利执行、保证设备质量和交货进度起到了积极作用,取得了良好效果。For the deficiency in the management of the nuclear power equipment suppliers, a evaluation index system for the nuclear power equipment suppliers is established in order to continuously improve and enhance the execute capability to form a new pattern of ＂common development and win-win cooperation＂. At the same time, the evaluation index system of suppliers is applied to found the evaluation method and system. The evaluation method and system has played a positive role and achieved good results in practice to promote the implementation of the nuclear power equipment supply contract smoothly, ensure the equipment quality and the delivery schedule of equipment.
