摘 要:双机抬吊技术在大型构件的吊装中应用非常广泛,但大多是由专业人员根据经验估测来选用起重机的型号,这种模式不科学并且容易发生安全事故。文章通过建立数学模型,提出了T型箱梁吊装点位置的确定、吊装索具的验算、绳夹与卡环的选择、起重机工作幅度、吊装有效高度、臂杆有效长度等参数的计算与选择方法,解决了在一般环境下起重吊装验算与分析方法,为安全施工和选择最经济的吊装设备提供了理论依据。Dual lift crane technology is widely used in the lifting of large components, but professionals select crane models mostly based on experience estimation, this model is unscientific and prone to security incidents. Article, through a mathematical model, the calculation and selection of the parameters were proposed, such as the determination of T-type box girder location, checking of lifting rigging, choice of ropeclip and clasp, working amplitude of crane, the effective height of lifting, the effective length of arm etc, which solves the checking and analysis methods of lifting in general environment, and provides a theoretical basis for the safe construction and selection of the most economical lifting equipments.
