摘 要:针对广泛应用于电力系统次同步振荡分析的复转矩系数法 ,对其成立的基本前提进行了分析 ,在此基础上研究了其适用范围。对复转矩系数法与小扰动特征值分析法进行了比较 ,系统地评述了小扰动特征值分析法的特点 ,指出了复转矩系数法的独到之处。提出了用时域仿真计算复转矩系数的方法 ,论证了本方法的可行性 ,并用时域仿真的方法计算了一个具体系统的复转矩系数。In this paper, the applicability of the complex torque coefficient approach, which is widely used in the analysis of subsynchronous oscillation (SSO)of power systems, is analyzed. It is shown that the prerequisite for the approach is that the increment of the electromagnetic torque of a generator can be represented as a linear function of the generator's increment power angle and increment angular frequency. It is also shown that the approach is only valid for power systems with only one generator and fixed frequency sources but not valid for multi-machine power systems. The characteristics of the small signal eigenvalue analysis method is reviewed and compared with the complex torque coefficient approach. It is pointed out that the complex torque coefficient approach has unique strong point when used to analyze the SSO problems caused by High Voltage DC(HVDC) or Flexible AC Transmission System(FACTS) if the approach is realized by time domain simulation. The realization of the complex torque coefficient approach by time domain simulation is established in the paper. Using the time domain simulation method, the complex torque coefficient of a study case modified from the first IEEE Subsynchronous Resonance(SSR) benchmark system is calculated, and it is shown when Thyristor\|Controlled Series Capacitor(TCSC) is operated in constant firing angle control, the possibility of SSO problem caused by TCSC can not be ruled out.
