摘　　要：本文主要从医学人文精神和医务人员对患者的人文关怀角度阐述了加强医学人文精神建设和人文关怀的重要性,重视医学人文精神,把人文关怀的理念落实到医疗服务工作中,从而使患者满意,才能真正做好服务,做出成效。This article described the importance of strengthening the medical humanism construction and humane care from the medical humanism and humane care point of medical personnel to the patients, emphasized the medical humanism, and implemented the concept of humane care to medical services, so as to make patient satisfaction, really provide good service and make effectiveness.
