摘　　要：通过对我国面临的战略环境和周边安全形式的分析,揭示出我国进行国防转型以及军队转型的现实背景和根本动因。而后通过对路线图方法在国内外各个领域,以及外军利用路线图方法进行转型规划的先进经验和路线图方法的特点,说明我军进行通用装备保障转型,运用路线图这一规划方法的可行性。First through the analysis to the environment of strategy and the safe form of our country, then, the realistic background and basic reason of The National Defense Transformation and The Military Transformation is announced. Then, research on the roadmap is at home and abroad in various fields, the experience of planning and the feature of roadmap, explaining the feasibility of the roadmap is applied on the planning of transformation of General Equipment Support.
