复二重轧机的改进

摘　　要：为方便操作并提高轧机刚度、确保轧制的稳定性 ,青钢第二线材厂先后对 40 0 mm、 30 0 mm、 2 80 mm轧机进行了一系列的改进。其中对 30 0 mm、 2 80 mm轧机上固定方式的改进 ,提高了轧钢刚度 ,操作简单方便 ,且投资少 ,见效快 ,备件消耗低 。For operating convenience,increasing the rigidity of mill and ensuring the stability of rolling process,No.2 wire works of Qingdao iron and steel group has done a series of reformation to 400mm、300mm and 280mm mill train.In the process of reformation the improvement of fixed way of 300mm and 280mm mill train has increased the rigidity of mills and has mode operation convenient and simple.Otherwise they also have the characters of less investment cost,quick economic benefit and low consumption of repair parts and their properties have overriden that of short stress line mill.
