摘 要:介绍了一种微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定香樟根中Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn的含量的方法;样品用浓HNO3作溶剂微波消解,校正曲线法测定。结果表明香樟根中各元素含量为Fe 0.144 mg/g,Zn 0.0277 mg/g,Cu 0.0138 mg/g,Mn 0.0095 mg/g。该方法简便、快速,相对标准偏差不超过5.4%;加标回收率为96.4%~107%,结果令人满意。A method to determine Fe, Zn, Cu and Mn in Cinnamomum Camphora (L.) Presl by microwave digestion -flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was presented. The sample was diluted by microwave with HNO3 and the contents were determined by calibration curve method. The contents were Fe 0. 144 mg/g, Zn 0. 0277 mg/g, Cu 0. 0138 mg/g, and Mn 0. 0095 mg/g. The operating procedures were simple and the recovery was between 96. 4% 107%. The relative standard deviation was no more than 5.4% and the results were satisfactorv.
