摘　　要：简述了连铸坯自适应矫直的原理 ,在自制的模拟试验装置上实测了自适应矫直装置浮动辊的浮动量和矫直反力 ,实测结果和理论分析相吻合。与其它矫直方法相比 ,自适应矫直装置具有容易安装、调试。In this paper,the principle of self adaptation straightening of CC slab is described The floating amount and straightening force on the self made simulation device were measured The measured results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculated Compared to the other straightening devices ,the self adaptation straightening devices is easier to mount and to use and slab internal quality can be ensured
