摘 要:基于苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯 (BTDAB)与镉和汞的显色反应 ,采用交替注入样品方式 ,建立了流动注射同时测定镉和汞的新方法。该法以硼砂 -氢氧化钠缓冲溶液为载流 ,BTDAB和OP的混合液为试剂流 ,采用双道流路 ,交替注入样品 ,在 52 0nm波长处 ,检测反应生成的橙红色络合物。测定镉和汞的线性范围分别为 0~0 6mg/L和 0~ 1 8mg/L ,进样频率为 72次 /h。直接应用于工业废水中微量镉和汞的测定 ,结果满意。This article is based on the color reaction of benzothiazolyldiazoaminoazobenzene(BTDAB)with cadmium and mercury, using the alternate injection of samples, thus a new method of simultaneous determination of cadmium and mercury by flow injection is established. This method uses pH 9.8 borax buffer solution as the flow power, the mixed solution of BTDAB and OP as the reagent to inject. Samples in an alternating way with a double flowing roads, cadmium and mercury form an orange red complex with BTDAB, respectively, which can be detected at 520nm. The linear range is 0-0.6mg/L for cadmium and 0-0.8mg/L for mercury. The sampling frequency is 72 samples/h. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of microamounts of cadmium and mercury in the waste water with satisfactory results.
