摘　　要：技术创新、制度创新是产业系统演进的基础,产业系统演进为技术创新和制度创新提供条件,三者呈现螺旋协同演化趋势。从协同演化视角,在分析三者协同演进机理的基础上,构建复合系统协同度模型,选取福建省软件业为例研究技术创新、制度创新和产业系统发展的协同度,证实了三者之间的螺旋演化关系。Technology innovation and institution innovation are the foundation of industrial evolution, while industrial evolu- tion provides the conditions for technology innovation and institution innovation. There exits a spiral co-evolution trend a- mong them. From the co-evolution angle, a coordinating degree model of composite system is constructed based on analy- zing the co-evolution mechanism of technology innovation, institution innovation and industry system. The data about the software industry in Fujian Province are used as an example to confirm the spiral co-evolution mechanism among them.
