摘 要:文章按照"以人为本、和谐发展"的教育理念,运用管理学中的柔性管理理论,结合当前大学生教育管理工作实践,对教育管理领域实施柔性管理的必要性及其可行途径进行探讨。结果表明:增强情感教育形式,践行全员管理模式,创新教育管理平台是教育管理工作中实施柔性管理的有效途径,对于促进科学教育观树立、学习型组织构建、和谐师生关系形成具有理论和现实指导意义。According to the "people-oriented, harmoniously-developing" concept in education, this article analyzes the ne- cessity and feasible way of flexible management theory in the field of education management, which is based on the flexible management theory in management and combined with the practice of current education management of university students. The conclusions show that it is an effective way to diversify the forms of emotional education, to execute the total staff man- agement, and to reform the mode of communication between students and counselors in the application of flexible manage- ment to the education management. This application is of instructive significance theoretically and practically in promoting the establishment of scientific education philosophy, constructing the learning organization and building up a harmonious re- lationship between students and counselors.
