摘　　要：交通影响程度评价是判断项目建成后对交通影响的程度的重要依据,同时也是交通影响评价中的关键问题,运用层次分析法分析新建居住小区的交通影响程度,并提出相应的交通改善措施,从而实现新建居住小区与城市交通的和谐发展。Traffic impact degree evaluation is the important basis for judging the extent of the traffic impact after project is completed,and it is also is the key problem of TIA, Analytical Hierarchy Process is used to analysis the new residential area＇s traffic impact degree evaluation, the corresponding trafficmproving methods are proposed to achieve the harmonious development of the new residential area and urban transportation.
