摘 要:目的观察不同浓度壳聚糖对阿萨希毛孢子菌(asahii trichosporon,T.asahii)生物被膜(biofilm,BF)形成的影响。方法以T.asahii聚苯乙烯表面形成生物被膜48h为评价标准,观察其在0.25mg/ml,0.50mg/ml,0.75mg/ml,1.0mg/ml,1.25mg/ml和1.5mg/ml壳聚糖溶液下观察T.asahii BF的差异性;并应用XTT法测定生物膜活性并定量分析。结果 48h内0.25mg/ml,0.5mg/ml,0.75mg/ml和1.0mg/ml壳聚糖溶液没有明显抑制生物被膜形成的作用;1.25mg/ml壳聚糖溶液明显具有抑制T.asahii BF形成的作用,96h后逐渐消失抑制作用。结论一定浓度壳聚糖可明显抑制生物被膜的形成,但具有一定时效性。Abstract.. Objective To study the effect of the formation of T. asahii biofilm(T, asahli BF) in vitro on different concentration chitosan. Methods With T. asahii polystyrene surface formation biofilm 48h for evaluation standard,it was observed different biofilm formation differences at 0.25 mg/ml, 0.50 mg/ml, 0.75 mg/ml, 1.0 mg/ml, 1.25 mg/ml 1.5 mg/ml chitosan. The activity of biofilm was measured and quantitative analyzed by XTT and absorbance. Results It was observed that 0.25 mg/ml,0.5 mg/ml,0.75 mg/ml and 1.0 mg/ml chitosan solution was not significantly in- hibit T. asahii biofilm formation; 1.25 mg/ml chitosan solution had obvious inhibition of T. asahii BF formation. The inhibition effect was disappeared after 96 h. Conclusion The certain concentration of chitosan can inhibit T. asahii bio- film formation but with a certain timeliness.
