摘  要:转向架弹簧是电力机车走行部重要部件之一,对转向架弹簧进行探伤检查是防止断裂的有效方法。主要采用渗透探伤或磁粉探伤,通过探伤方法,发现裂损位置,并对裂损情况进行分类统计,分析产生裂损的原因,采取有效的技术措施,周期跟踪产生裂损弹簧,对比分析弹簧多次探伤的故障分布和变化趋势,防止裂损故障的发生。本文主要介绍对机车转向架弹簧探伤以来发现的问题、原因及对策,并对弹簧的探伤提出一些有实用价值的建议。Bogie spring is one of the important components of running gear of electric locomotive, the bogie spring inspection is the effective way to prevent fracture through penetrating testing magnetic particle testing to find cracking location, get the classified statistics of cracking, and do analysis for reasons of generating cracks. Took effective technology measures to trace crack spring generating, did comparative analysis of spring repeatedly testing fault distribution and changing trend, and prevented the crack damage fault. This paper mainly focused on the problems, causes and countermeasures of the locomotive bogie spring testing since the discovery of that, and put forward some valuable suggestions for spring in- spection.
