摘　　要：介绍了LK 2 ( 3)型微机控制等离子喷焊机电气主回路和电气控制系统的工作原理及喷焊工艺 ,对导致设备无法正常运行的原因进行了剖析 ,对电气和工艺部分的改造过程进行了详细地说明 。The principles and technigues of spray-welding of the electric return and electric control systems of LK2(3) type plasma spray-welder with computer control are introduced.The cause which equipment do not move normally and the transformation of electrization and technology are explained in detail.Meanwhile,the transformation of the spray-guns’ body is put forward.
