摘　　要：目前,农村土地承包经营权流转中面临着诸多风险,如农耕地被改变性质风险、农民失地风险、农业龙头企业面临的自然灾害风险和社会安全风险等。防范风险应当采取如下对策,即为农村土地经营权流转创造良好的条件;着力解决土地经营权流转中有法不依问题;切实保护农民在土地经营权流转中的利益;建立良好的土地流转民意诉求与反馈机制;加强农村土地文化建设。Now in the management rights transfer about household land contract there exist many risks such as farming land into other functions, peasants＇ loss of land, natural disasters, social security and so on. The countermeasures are as follows ： creating better conditions for management rights transfer, solving the problem of not abiding by the law, protecting the peasants＇ benefits, setting up the mechanism of ap- pealing to and feedback and strengthening the cultural construction of rural land.
