摘　　要：民间文学艺术的来源群体享有民间文学艺术权。其中,民间文学艺术权的经济权利主要包括使用传播权、使用许可权、获得报酬权、获得资助权、追续权和进口权等。为了保护民间文学艺术,但又不至于过分限制民间文学艺术的发展与传播,需要对其权利主体进行权利限制,即分别建立合理使用制度、法定许可使用制度和强制许可制度。Folklore source groups have folklore fights. Among them, economic rights of folklore rights mainly include fight of using and spreading, fight of admission of using, fight of getting reward, fight of getting support, right of recourse and right of import. interest of protecting folklore, and dont con- fine the development and spreading of folklore too much, we need to limit the fights of fight subjects. That is to set up using reasonable separately. system, legal permission system, and compulsory permission system
