市场导向下的戏曲类非物质文化遗产的保护策略——以河北省为例

摘　　要：起始于2003年并于2010年全面展开的国有文艺演出院团体制改革,既是中国当前文化事业发展中的一件大事,也是促进戏曲类非物质文化遗产保护的一个重要举措。本文以河北省为例,分析了剧团改制走向市场的过程中,戏曲类非物质文化遗产保护工作取得的成绩与面临的问题。提出市场导向的戏曲类非物质文化遗产保护既需要各地方剧团进一步深化体制改革,发挥自身的创造力,积极开拓市场空间,同时仍有赖于政府加大资金投入和政策支持力度,建立促进戏曲类非物质文化遗产传承发展的各项保障制度,逐步使戏曲类非物质文化遗产步入在保护中发展的良性轨道。State -owned art performance troupes＇reform, starting in 2003 and 2010 in full swing in both the de- velopment of cultural undertakings in China, a major event, but also an important measure to promote the dra- ma class of intangible cultural heritage protection, In Hebei Province, the analysis of the process of the troupe restructuring to the market, the achievements made by the drama class of non - material cultural heritage pro- tection and face the problem. Proposed market - oriented drama class of intangible cultural heritage protection should be further deepen troupe reform, to play to their creativity, and actively explore the market space, while still depends on the government to increase funding and policy support, set up to promote the drama class development of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the security system, and gradually make the intangible cultural heritage of the drama class entered the development in the protection of the healthy track.
