摘　　要：整合秦、唐、沧旅游资源,发展环渤海旅游是河北省振兴沿海经济的重要选择。本文分析了河北省环渤海旅游业的发展现状及制约瓶颈,提出了创新机制,实施人才强旅、区域共享、错位互补的发展策略。The tourist resources in Qinhuangdao, Tangshan and Cangzhou should be integrated to develop tour- ist industry around the Bohai Sea, an important selection to rejuvenate Hebei＇s coastal economy. This paper analyzes the status quo and bottleneck to put innovation mechanism, develop tourist industry with talents, share tourist resources and complement each other.
