关于加快河北省乡镇综合文化站发展的思考

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料、调查、数理统计等方法,通过对河北省乡镇综合文化站现状的调查与分析,提出应合理有效地发挥乡镇综合文化站的功能,即通过加强领导,提高认识,加大投入,整合资源,规范管理,强化考核,采用通俗易懂的方式宣传社会主义核心价值观,以满足农民群众的基本文化需求为目的,以先进文化促进农村经济发展,统筹各乡镇文化站建设,创新公共文化活动方式,发挥农村文化生活中的辐射作用,加强村级文化服务组织建设等方面去实现。Based on methods of documentation, surveys and mathematical statistics, this paper investiga- ted and analyzed the present situation of township cultural stations in Hebei Province, proposing eight ways of playing their functions reasonably and effectively, as follows： strengthening the leadership and raising awareness; enlarging investment and integrating resources; standardizing the management and strengthening the assessment; adopting easy -understanding way to publicize the socialist core values？？; aiming at meeting the basic cultural needs of farmers; promoting rural economic development with ad- vanced culture ; co - ordinating the construction of cultural centers and innovating ways of public cultural activities; playing a radiation effect in rural cultural life and strengthening village -level cultural service organizations.
