摘　　要：随着中国成为能源消耗的全球第一号大国,加入IEA成为中国必然的选择。以此为目标,为了使顺利加入IEA成为保证中国石油安全的优势战略选择,本文通过SWOT分析出中国自身的优势和劣势,以及加入IEA所面临的机遇和威胁,并提出中国加入IEA的四种策略。As China turned into the world＇ s largest energy consumption, join IEA became the inevitable choice. In order to make entry into IEA the advantage strategic choice for China＇ s oil security guarantee, this article analysis China＇s advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the entry into IEA, by SWOT analysis, and put forward the corresponding four strategies about China＇ s entry into IEA.
